You could be the difference
between life and death. The
Outdoor Adventure Social Club wants to help you become a heart saver.
It's hosting a discounted CPR
class for all members Monday at 6:30 p.m. The two year certification course will
be held at Piedmont Christian Church in Keswick.
Club leaders say safety is a
top priority for trips they take. General Manger of the Outdoor Adventure Social
Club Matthew Rosefsky said, "Now when they go on our trips, or they go on their
own trips with friends they've met in the club, or they're just out in their
work place, they can save a life."
The club holds about five CPR
certifications each year and is also offering a wilderness first aid class in
October.
